Cancellation & Make Up Policy

Semester Class Cancellation Policy
Upon receiving payment for enrollment, your space is reserved. Space is limited, so register early! Your space is held until a written notice of withdrawal is received. Notification must be received at least two weeks in advance of the first day of class to receive a full refund less a $50 Admin fee, otherwise all funds are forfeited. We will happily apply up to 50% of those funds towards a new class for the same or adjacent semester. Tuition and refunds are not pro-rated for days of class missed due to absence, illness, or injury.

Semester Class Make Up Policy
Make up classes must be completed within the original semester that they were registered and paid for. Please call ahead to schedule your make up classes so that our instructors can prepare to handle any additional students. We continue to want to give our students the flexibility needed for busy schedules. We understand that emergencies happen and we are happy to carry over up to 2 missed classes to the following semester, if we have had advanced notice. Please do let us know in advance to be eligible to transfer up to 2 missed class credits to the next semester. We thank you for taking classes with us, and supporting our policy.
