Spring is officially here! The sun is shining, the weather is warming up and at Art Attack Burlingame we are celebrating all things kids! You will have to redefine your definition of kids art after you see some of these art prodigies!
Arguable one of the youngest professional painters, Aelita was just 22 months old when she held her first exhibit. Though your eyes may tell you Jackson Pollock had an influence, watching Aelita create her artwork lets you know she is in a class all her own!
One of the most accomplished young artists on out list, at the age of 9, Kieron sold 24 paintings in 15 minutes. His mastery of creating colors can make a rainbow look pale. Kieron began painting when he was 6 years old and hasn’t stopped since!
Cameron Sky Villa
Another infant artist, Cameron began painting when he was just a year and a half old. A California native from the Sacramento region, Cameron has won multiple awards under his belt. Being a third generation artist doesn’t mean he takes things easy, he is constantly looking for new subjects for his works.
Hamzah became the youngest member of the Artists Association of the Philippines when he was just 8 years old. He started painting when he was two years old and entered his first competition at the age of four.
Both a visual art and poetic child prodigy, Akiane found the fame and fortune that many adult professional artists strive to achieve. Akiane’s first original piece sold when she was just eight years old. From extremely humble beginnings, Akiane has made quite the mark in the world.
This Canadian artist held his first public art exhibition at eleven. He is also the youngest member of the International Guild of Realism. Jessie is considered one of the premier realism artists in the world and has his own studio.
Autumn de Forest
With a family history in art stretching back 150 years, Autumn began painting at the age of five. She is the youngest artist ever to have a solo private exhibit at a major American museum. She has received accolades from the Pope himself for her “profound influence on Arts & Culture”.
We can all agree that these are an amazing bunch of kids! Age is definitely only a number for these talented souls. We love all of our young students and imagine one day they will have their own exhibitions and success! Foster the inner creativity in your child with art classes at Art Attack Burlingame. (We offer adult classes too for the inner artist in everyone!)
