Week 9: Flowers Are Forever! August 10-14

This week our studio bursts into bloom as we step into a world of petals, paint, and garden magic. We’ll begin with a dreamy field trip to Filoli, where winding paths, formal gardens, and seasonal flowers spark endless inspiration. Learn about the art of flower-arranging and how to compose color, texture, and balance straight from nature.

Back at the studio, we prove “flowers are forever” as we build whimsical felt flower bouquets that never wilt, and paint lush oil portraits of our favorite florals. It’s a week of slowing down, noticing beauty, and letting creativity grow, all while rooted in nature and blooming with imagination.
